STRENGTH TRAINING I
Strength Training I is for students interested in beginning-level strength training concepts and exercises. They learn the five major muscle groups, their function and the primary exercise for each group in developing muscular strength, power, tone and endurance. This course may be repeated once for a maximum of 2 credit hours. (1.1-Articulated)
